User Data Deletion

Effective as of January 2025

What Data is Affected

If you used Facebook Login to sign in to Math Lock, we may store the following information from your Facebook account:

  • Facebook user ID
  • Your name
  • Your email address (if granted)
  • Authentication tokens

This data is used solely for account authentication and personalization of our service.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to have your Facebook-associated data deleted from our system, you can submit a request using one of the following methods:

Method 1: Email Request

Send an email to skyline140189@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Subject: Data Deletion Request
  • Include in the email:
    • Your full name
    • Email address associated with your Math Lock account
    • Facebook user ID (if available)
    • Any additional information to help us identify your account

Method 2: Contact Form

You can also submit a deletion request through our Contact Form. Please select "Data Deletion Request" as the subject and provide the same information listed above.

What Happens After Your Request

Once we receive your data deletion request:

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days
  • We will delete or anonymize all associated data within 30 days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
  • Please note that some data may be retained for legal compliance or fraud prevention purposes, but will be completely anonymized

Identity Verification

To ensure the security of your data and prevent unauthorized deletion requests, we may request additional information to verify that you are the account owner. This may include:

  • Verification through your registered email address
  • Answering security questions related to your account
  • Providing proof of identity if necessary

Important Notes

  • Deleting your data will permanently remove your Math Lock account and all associated information
  • This action cannot be undone
  • If you wish to use Math Lock again, you will need to create a new account
  • Data deletion requests only apply to data stored by Math Lock. To manage data stored by Facebook, please visit your Facebook account settings
